Job Description:
As an Finance Specialists ant at WSR International Co., Ltd., you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day activities. We are looking for a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- They will have the exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, extending beyond WSR’s internal accounting, which emphasizes the diverse and dynamic nature of their role.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying discrepancies and resolving any issues or inconsistencies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Process and review invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide support during audits, including preparing schedules and gathering relevant documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying them to enhance financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven work experience as an Finance Specialists or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fully understanding English/ Thai communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software XERO and ERP systems.
