We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, policies, and practices to support the company’s objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentives, and employee insurance.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee data and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fully understanding English/ Thai communication.
