Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at WSR (Phuket) International Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Phuket’s clients and expanding our customer base. Fluency in both Russian and English languages is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in Phuket and surrounding areas, with a specific focus on the Russian-speaking market.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Represent WSR (International) Phuket at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understanding their needs and providing exceptional legal service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and legal trends to ensure a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Russian and English languages (written and verbal) is essential.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to locate in Phuket, meet clients and attend business events.
