Biography

An attorney with more than 35 years’ experience representing some of the world’s largest multinational entertainment conglomerates, Frank relocated from his native New York in 1997 and has since then been based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and now Thailand, functioning in various executive capacities in the book publishing, music, and movie industries.

Direct responsibilities have involved strategic advocacy, government relations, cross-industry lobbying, and policy development for market access and rights protection. A prolific writer and communicator skilled in the areas of risk identification and mitigation, project and crisis management, and business development and communications, Frank has also overseen civil and criminal rights enforcement proceedings in more than ten jurisdictions throughout Asia.

An effective manager with previous supervision for more than 100 reporting staff, Frank enjoys bridging business cultures and communicating information to help clients better understand local markets, expand their reach, and enhance their operations. A prolific communicator and inveterate traveler, his career has involved more than 150 industry and government presentations in 25 countries around the world. His practice concentrates primarily on entertainment and intellectual property rights, as well as cannabis reform.
