With 7 years as In House Counsel for the only foreign invested publicly listed company in Thailand, the green lumber company Green River Co., Ltd., Rattana has a vast scope of experience in almost every area of law. In particular, with Green River operating multiple factories in Thailand, he is extremely well versed in labour law, manufacturing and factory law, as well as real estate law. He has handled countless due diligence from residential to large commercial properties and even pre-IPO DD for listing. He is an extremely accomplished corporate lawyer. He also spent many years as a legal and business consultant for various law firms advising foreign clients on market entry, foreign real estate ownership, immigration by investment, work permits and visas. On top of all this, he is also a highly accomplished civil litigator and experienced family law lawyer.
